we have released UC Software 7.2.1 Rev C for the Poly CCX and Trio C60,

NOTE: UC Software 7.2.2 is not a Microsoft Teams certified software!

Microsoft Teams Update

This 7.2.1 Rev C release supports Teams app version 1449/1.0.94.2022022305 for Poly C60, CCX 400, CCX 500, and CCX 600 business media phones. For more information, see What's new in Microsoft Teams.

• Support end-to-end encryption in one-on-one calls.

• Contact name along with phone number for saved contacts now show on calls made via PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network).

• Hold music during blind call transfers and consultative call transfers made via VOIP (voice over IP)

What’s New

This release of UC Software for OpenSIP includes all the features and important fixes of the previous 7.2.1 release as well as:

• Support for CCX 500, Incorrect Software Reported Rev Code

CCX 500, Incorrect Software Reported Rev Code

Due to a manufacturing error, several batches of CCX 500 Business Media Phones display revision K or later on the shipping box and the console label, however, the revision letter reported by the circuit board to software is revision A.
