Please raise a Serive ticket with Polycom support and ensure to supply your individual LYNC license for the End Point you encountered this issue that entitles you to use the UCS software for LYNC.

----------------Thank Steffen, my phone crashed during Lync conference call. There is a core file uploaded to the FTP server. According to the admin guide, a core file contains debugging info when the phone crashes. But how to view the file?
