I have over 100 Polycom Soundpoint IP phones on my network. Unfortunately, the polycom firmware on these phones doesn't support SNMP so my network management system can't properly identify and monitor these network devices. Can polycom add snmp support for these phones? That would be very helpful. Thanks

SNMP is not supported on any of our phones.
