Hi,

 

I got problem with MWI on Soundpoint 331 and 550.These Soundpoints connected to Asterisk 1.8 and the firmware 4.1.

The problem was when there is voice mail, there was no light indicator on Soundpoints.

Can someone help what caused it?

Resolution: Please always check the release Notes or

Software Version  Call Server
4.0.X SIP Only
4.1.X LYNC Only



Please ensure you always check the community FAQ and/or utilize the community search before posting any new topics or follow up post’s.

 

You are using the wrong software if you are using 4.1.0 or 4.1.1 as you should be using 4.0.10 or older

The above FAQ section also covers MWI so you can verify that the phone receives the message and then work with your Polycom reseller for raising a support case with Polycom.

 

If you struggle to identify them please post a few MAC addresses of phones so I can look them up for you.
