Hello Team,

We are using Polycom Sound Point IP 331 phone and configured with one voice service provider. When i am dialling the number for UK, AUS or any other country Like India also its auto dialled before completing the all digits, So please guide me why i am facing this type of issue.

As :- when i am dialling 11 digits number but its auto dilled at 9 or 10 digits before completing the 11 digits.

So please suggest me for any changes.

Hello Raj,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

You had originally replied to a completely unrelated post so I have moved this to the right section.

In addition it is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include if you are using a SIP server or a LYNC server

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Question: How can I find out my SIP UC Software Version or the BootROM Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

For basic Digitmap related issues please check this FAQ post:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Phone unable to Dial a number when Off Hook or on 2nd Call in a Conference

Resolution: Please check => here <=

For further troubleshooting please ensure you consult with your Service Provider first as they most likely have provisioned the phone.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
