I am planning to factory reset Polycom HDX 6000 to reconfigure it, will waranty persist on the product or wil there be any changes after the factory reset?

I am unsure why a factory reset would affect the warranty status of a device.
All the reset does is to restore the unit into the same state it was when it left the factory.

Before you do a factory reset, make sure you have a backup if possible and document any feature licenses installed.
