Hi,

 

Yesterday I noticed that all our Trio 8800 devices lost the integration with "otd.plcm.vc". The status of the devices in OTD is "unreachable". I performed a test in Calendar Integration and is successful. The errors I see in endpoint logs are:

0413161841|nisvc|2|00|HTTP SEND:: DestUrl(https://otd.plcm.vc/ews/exchange.asmx), HttpResCode(406), curlRetCode(0) retVal(0)

I generated new credentials in OTD but the result is the same.

Any suggestions?

check if the below matches your set up:

 

One Touch Dial Service - Some endpoints are not able to get their calendar.

 

An update has been posted

 

The issue appears to be isolated to a few OTD tenants that are integrated with Microsoft O365 Graph as a service (using service account) and it only impacts RP Trios that are calendar registered to OTD using OTD generated credentials.

While we continue to investigate, customers being impacted by this issue can switch OTD integration from service to application as a workaround, as explained at https://otd.plcm.vc/support/docs/calendars/office365-choose-how-to-connect.

Has there been a fix for this? I have several Trios with OTD integration that loses calendar sync 1-5 times a week. I either reboot or change the credentials to re-sync. We are using OTD with application.

 

5.9.5.3162 is running on most of them.

 

This is what I see in the logs of one of the systems after re-syncing:
