Greetings,

I've been trying to install , either as a user or as an admin, on my Windows 11 Pro Polycom Companion without any success. Every time it returns with a "0x80070643" installation error.
Any hint on how to solve this problem ?

Regards,

David.

Hello @ddavid42

Installation error ''0x80070643'' occurs due to corrupted .net Framework.

Please try to run the .Net Framework repair tool and see if it helps.

I have the same issue and the .NET repair tool did not fix the problem. Any other hints?

Hello @MartinImbeck ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

We do not yet know what version of the companion app you are trying to use and/or for what Poly product.

In addition, I do not believe we claim we support Windows 11 as this was the original posters issue but they have so far not responded.

Most products we used to only have the Companion app for can now use Poly Lens >here< so I suggest you try this instead.

If this fails, and/or you need further support, I can see based on the registration Email that you work for one of our larger Partners so simply contact our support team directly.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
