Organizing Favorites on VVX Phones

Is it possible to organize favorites on a VVX phone?

I'm just right clicking names on my SFB client and selecting Add to Favorites.  It appears that the favorites are arranged in alphabetical order.  Is there a way to move my buddy Zach to the first spot rather than the last tile on my phone?

Thanks

Hello medlhuber,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Please ensure you always post the currently used software version as requested in the Read First.

A couple of your old posts => here <= are still open / pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution".

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice was useful and has helped you.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently.

Resolution: Please check => here <=

We are receiving the Favorites from Skype for Business in alphabetical order and you are not able to sort these. Applying the above gives you control of what you want to see on your phone and in what order.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
