Hello,

I have realpresence trio 8800 and O365 Skype for Business in my company.

But I'm unable to Sign in. It's keep saying: Signing as .....  This may take several minutes"

firmware: 5.4.3AA  and I don't have any proxy server.   and the skype for business account is working fine on my iphone with Skype business App.

any idea please?

Hello Damien,

Your device does not have a valid time server so it is using Unix time since booting up. Without a valid time we cannot authenticate any certificates. This is causing SSL errors.

hi, im having the same issue on my unit where it will just stay on signing on forvever until i cancel it, any sujestions? i did see one one about the time server which i will have a look at tomorrow when im in work and have acces to the unit.
