1) CMADで問題が発生しているPCの日付を 5/6/2013 より前にする。（あまり、おすすめできる選択肢ではない）

原因は、CMAサーバーが利用しているオープンソースのXMPPだそうです。
以下のサイトから、CMAサーバーに適用するパッチをダウンロードしてサーバー側に適用がよいようです。
