I joined Polycom in 2015 as a Subject Matter Expert (now evolved into a Business Development Role) in Managed Services. With over 20 years’ experience in the services field (in pre-sales, sales and post-sales support) I’ve worked in all areas such as Care Services, Professional Services, Client Management Services and Managed Services. Whilst assisting our sales teams and partner communities in the development of their solutions, I’ve been helping our customers adapt to an ever changing services arena. My last 7 years of experience has been focused on the development and sales of Managed Services solutions.
