I joined Polycom as its Chief Human Resources Officer in August 2014. Prior to Polycom, I spent 20+ years, providing strategic and day-to-day functional HR leadership and direction at leading technology companies. In addition, I’m a labor & employment attorney; a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law in 1994. In the past few months, I have immersed myself in Polycom’s people, product and culture. Regardless of who I speak with across our company, everyone conveys their excitement about our products and how much they enjoy working with their co-workers and teams.
