As Senior Vice President, Worldwide Systems Engineering and Product Management, I ensure Polycom’s standards-based solutions meet the evolving needs of enterprises around the globe, including incorporating customer input into the product development process. I bring more than 20 years of leadership in engineering, worldwide strategy and planning and sales management to Polycom. Before Polycom, I was Vice President of Systems Engineering for the worldwide commercial business at Juniper Networks. Prior to Juniper, I directed worldwide strategy and planning at Cisco Systems for their collaborations practice. Before joining Cisco in 1996, I held engineering posts at Bell Sygma and ACC. I earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from McMaster University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
