Hi gkspoly, 

The community homepage will be updated tonight via the Lithium production push.  Tomorrow morning, fingers crossed ;), the multiple Support Community forum links and Partner (Dev) Community forum links will show up.  So technically, the support team can start referring users starting tomorrow.  

As soon as the launch is complete, I will notify Vivek and he can let the team know.  Stay tuned...

Ditto! New Software to learn (am more familiar with phpBB Forum software), but I am sure if I need help, someone with more experience will assist. :)
