Guidelines
The HP Community is where owners of HP products, like you, volunteer to help each other find solutions.

The below illustration is for a RealPresence Trio when used with a SIP Server. Utilizing a LYNC / Skype for Business server are similar.

 

  • Dialing the First caller and selecting Add for an additional call

  • Select Merge Calls to join the original caller and the new caller

  • The currrent participants of the call can be seen

  • Tapping the conference on the Top allows additional actions or adding more callers (up to the current limit of 5 as shown => here <= if a SIP server is used)

  • After adding the maximum amount the Add option is greyed out

  • Tapping an individual caller allows to Mute them or Drop them out of the call.
