Hello, 

 

I have a vvx300 that is not updating call lists after a day or so.  Rebooting resolves the issue (clears the lists though) - connected to asterisk fine, and we have many other phones not repeating the issue.  Any ideas?  Thank you.

It would be great if you could follow up your original post's and provide some feedback if the reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

 

UCS 4.1.4 has been superseded with UCS 4.1.7 or UCS 5.1.2 or even the latest UCS 5.2.0

 

Please upgrade to a supported version and check if the issue still occurs.
