vvx-300 network speed

Hello,

I have a problem with VVX-300 in UCS 4.1.5 and Brocade POE switch.

The switch is 100-Full duplex forced in its all ports, and on VVX phones, I do the same with the following parameter :

We can see in the boot log below that it had worked but in the last log lines (2 last reboots), we see the phone's network interface set to 100-half whereas my config file is the same.

Do you know what happens ? how could I be sure to be forced in the speed I want ?
