I have a Soundpoint IP 501, that I recently upgraded to boot ROM 4.1.4.

It appeared to properly apply the ROM, but now it is in a continuous cycle where the display goes from:

Updating Initial Config

Could not contact boot server

Error, application is not present

Rebooting

Admittedly, this is only affecting me since it is the first polycom phone I am trying to set up.  I installed the ftp site on my laptop computer, and only have the boot ROM i downloaded from the polycom site.  I think the problem is that I do not have the sip.id, verr.ld, sip.cfg, and any of the underlying files needed.

Is there a place I can download these files, or roll back my phone to an earlier verrsion?

Thanks!
