I I understand you would like the Reason Code displayed on the Phones LCD Screen if you receive for example a 486?
This is as far as I know currently not supported and you would need to liaise either via your Polycom Systems Engineer in your region or directly with the Product Manager using a Enhancement Request => here <=.
You will need to provide a business case for this and include the messages that you would like to be displayed as it may only make sense to limit this to the 4xx and 5xx.
In the meantime you may want to experiment with your call platform as you could send a XML Push to the Phone including this message.
