I need polycom screen vvx400 not leave a full screen when a call
I leave two photographs one is when a call comes in the full screen appears

Hello J.Silva,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
To my knowledge this is the standard behavior and cannot be set to stay like this in full screen.
The only thing you can disable is to not present it in full screen the whole time via changing the up.osdIncomingCall.Enabled parameter.
An change to the standard needs to be requested via a Feature request.
This is described in detail in the FAQ.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
