register trio 8800 to pexip

I've got trio 8800 on base profile that I want to register to our pexip mcu. 

 

here's the details we have- 

 

sip uri- 1234@example.com

user- admin

password- password1

 

I've tried putting in all combinations into the trio but I cant get it to register. Any ideas if possible to register Trios with a sip uri?

firmware is  5.5.2.11338

cheers mate. got it. Think issue was just formatting and fitting the correct info into the fields on the trio as it's a bit different than registering a group system. Thanks for help.
