Hey guys,

I am really new at these phones so fogrive me if this is a stupid question.

In order place calls we have to dial 9 + area code, but were finding is when were dialing a number especialy when were reading the number off of a note or screen, the minuite you pause to re-look at the number for the next few digits, the phone will time out and say that the number you have dialed is not recognized, and frusterated the hell out of you, since you have to start over again and eneter the entire number all over again.

Now I have tried to look through all the documentation of the phone as well as any admin type documentation, which is all over my head as it related to xml codeing server management and skilled networking.

We do have an adminitration page that we can login to with an admin login, that we can adjust certain setting such as voice mail settings and call forwarding and all that.

My question to you is there any setting for this that I can change that would length the time out times when placing a call so that when I am entering a number and pause to re-look at the note or screen where the number is written down, it won`t imediatley kick me out with a number not recognized error.

Is that option on the phone itself, or is it in the network browser admin page as logging into a router, and is there any documentation, on that web based admin options.

I am going through all the documentation and am feeling a bit overwhelmed as it related to programing the phone and installing it versus from a user/admin but not engineer stand point,

any thoughts are greatly apreciated,
