I'm able to receive and transfer calls on my softphone and I can receive calls on my phones but I can not transfer or set up conferences.  I'm on a hosted solution (voip.ms) and my host assures me that the option to transfer is turned on...I've asked them to check multiple times.  

 

I can transfer calls to outside lines, but not to internal extensions.

 

I've tried a gazillion things without any luck.  Any ideas?  Thanks for any help you might have!
