Quick question:  I live in Miami FL.  When someone from NYC calls me, how can i get them to choose an option.

 

For example:  Welcome to the Veterans Community Resource Center. To better assist you, please choose from the following options.

 

Press 1 for an Appointment

Press 2 for Social Services

Press 3 for VA Beneifits

Press 4 for Healthcare Benefits

Press 0 for the operator

 

When i dial 305 396 1152, after the above statement, when i press 1 it does not go to that option.  I can only leave a voice msg.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This functionality is for a SIP server to provide and not the Phone itself. I suggest you look at something like Asterisk.
