need help with digitmap dial string

polycom vvx411  firmware 6.4.3.5018

we have 4 phones, extensions for the 4 are two digits: 10, 11, 12, 13

on a 3cx install and have 2 issues.  the digitmap field is blank in each phone, i cant figure out the code that needs to go in there.

after dialing a number i have to hit dial for it to actually call the person

also if I just dial 7 digits for a local call, i want it to prepend our area code (405) and call the person.

i did add the rules for prepending our area code in 3cx outgoing but its not working and im guessing the phone needs to have the set up in it.

thx much

Hello @hodor ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow-up post should contain.

This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow-up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.
