Hello

my customer have different type of the polycom sound station IP 5000, IP 6000, IP 7000, connected on the PBX Alcatel OmniPCXEnterprise release 10.1.1. as SIP user

With the users of the PBX( analog,digital,IP Phone )  I don't have any problem soundstation work fine, but if try to call internaly another sound station  (IP 5000 call another  IP 5000) the called station answare but the calling station have always the ringtone, to answare we needs to press the key Hold and immediately after the key resume.

If we make a external call between polycom work fine.

Please suggest me how resolve the problem.

Below the SW version:

IP 7000 UC Software Version 4.0.3.7562

IP 5000 Sip Software Version 3.3.3.0069 Boot ROM Software Version 4.3.1.0440

IP 6000 Sip Software version  3.3.3.0069 Boot ROM Software Version 4.3.1.0887

Above can help you or Alcatel to troubleshoot what seems to be a signaling issue.

 

A good starting point would be to upgrade all the phone to the same Software, at present I would recommend UCS 4.0.4 (not 4.0.5 as you are using a SSIP7000)
