It might help if you share what type of phone (mfr, model), software version, provisioning server involved, etc.....

Hello @ydaancziger,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

You cannot assign what you are after. Its either one or the other but not both.

Jan 03, 2013 Question: How can I request a change to the current Polycom SIP / UC Software?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

i got my park button to work by creating a speed dial contact for each park spot using our star code from our provider.

example would be creating 3 park spot speed dials as Park 1, 2 and 3.

they are (with our star codes), *371, *372 and *373.

when you want to park a call, blind transfer the call to one of the park stations.

they are all presence monitored so the light will flash on all phones when they get parked.

then simply, hit the speed dial of the park spot to pick up the parked call.

this is the easiest method that i have found out and i have been looking for a while. hope that helps.
