i need block outbound calls when the phone is lock. Right now, when then phone is lock, the normalization is not working, but if i try dial, the call is outgoing sucessful.

 

please advise.

 

also is it possible to set a pin for international calls?

Hello Ahmed,

 

are you talking about the USB CX100/CX200/CX300 or the CX500/CX600/CX700/CX3000 Phones?

 

The USB Phones can be blocked when the PC is blocked. Please liaise within a Microsoft Community to gather more Information of this Microsoft LYNC functionality.

 

The CX Phones cannot be locked to my knowledge. This is as per design of Microsoft LYNC and you would need to liaise with Microsoft if you want to introduce a change in the standard behavior.
