Is there anywhere to get a full guide/documentation on every XML entry that can be done with Polycom phones?
For example, the Soundpoint IP 335 has a failover setting in the Web UI where you can choose "Server 1" and "Server 2", but it seems to use the same user/password authentication for both. I want the phone to use SIP Company A, and it it can't ping the service or can't dial out, to then failover to SIP Company B with a different username/password registration.

Hello BigChief,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
This is not a supported failover scenario for our phones.

Thanks Steffen.
Would it be possible in later firmware to consider adding an alternate credentials field for server 2? I have a valid use case; there's a whole bunch of VoIP providers like Twilio.com and Plivo.com who provide VoIP service and direct SIP registration to Polycom devices without requiring a PBX as intermediary. If I could set up Twilio on server 1, and have my Plivo account credentials on server 2, my users would still be able to call out even if something catastrophic happened to either Twilio or Plivo.
I'd imagine the usual way to set these up would be to set up two synchronized PBXes as Server 1 and Server 2, and set the PBXes to have a main SIP trunk and failover SIP trunk. But hosting PBXes seems like adding complexity and potential points of failure, when the services I mentioned can be programmed to replicate most of a PBX's features.
