Hello,
We are using firmware 4.0.2.11307 and are experiencing mini-browser crashes triggering the reboot of the phone
when using forms with input processing.
Please find attached :
- the XML(html) mini browser script : it crashes when hitting "submit", it does not process the second script which should be triggered after the submit
- the log mentioning some sort of backtrace for the tech support
Is there another place to submit bug reports ?
Damien

Hello Steffen,
Thanks for the answer... The problem is that distributors in our region are really inefficient... 🙂
But I have contacted the belgian channel manager about another issue (lack of reactivity), we'll see and I'll keep you informed.
Thanks for the feedback,
Damien

Hello Damien,
If I recall correctly we currently have an issue with the Microbrowser and submitting forms / using the navigation buttons.
The correct way, as described in the FAQ, is to raise this via your Polycom reseller to bring it to the attention of Polycom Support in your Region.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

Hello Damnien,
I am unsure if you have raised this already but the new upcoming UCS 4.0.3 contains a fix for this.
Using another posters example HTML file against the software version no longer reboots the phone.
This will be released shortly and I will announce the public availability within the community.
Best regards
Steffen Baier
