We are in the process of upgrading our phone system and we are all getting the VVX500.  I would like to use my existing headset Jabra 9350e with it.  We are having some difficulty getting it to work.  I am looking for some advice as to whether to give up on this headset or is there something special I need o do to get it to work. I plan on using the EHS and not a lifter.

Thanks

Hello JDDR,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Oct 19, 2011 Question: What type of Headset's and cables are compatible with my Phone?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above contains a link to our official supported headset overview.

It list's the headset in question as compatible as long as the Jabra EHS Adapter (GN Netcom SKU 14201-17) is being used.

As you have not provided that much detail I suggest you check the above post, ensure you are using the correct cables, and then provide some feedback on what you have tried so far,

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
