I recently added entries to the exported cfg file for attendant lines

attendant.resourceList.1.address="100"
attendant.resourceList.1.label="100 - Radio Room"
attendant.resourceList.1.type="normal"

and now our Asterisk server is getting a steady stream of warnings that the extensions in my list are not available. Example:

[Feb 23 08:14:56] NOTICE[23115]: res_pjsip_exten_state.c:418 new_subscribe: Endpoint '526' state subscription failed: Extension '100' does not exist in context 'demo' or has no associated hint

Although ext 100 and others are connected and ringing if dialed.

Question: How can I disable this polling "feature" from the VVX410 as I don't see anything in the cfg or pbu configuration settings for Buddy Watch <bw> or Presence.  Nobody else (other Polycom 410 or 411 phones on the network are causing this issue.

Thanks.

Hello @IrvineCAGuy ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow up post should contain.

This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.

Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible

Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the FAQ’s listed in my signature for your convenience.

In regards to your original question, you are mixing up things.

Buddy Watch:

Aug 06, 2013 Question: How can I use the Buddy Watch feature?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

What you are actually using is BLF / Busy Lamp Field:

Nov 4, 2011 Question: How can I set up a Busy Lamp Field / BLF with a Digium Asterisk SIP Server?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above is completely different and I suggest you look at the new pjsip section as this seems what you are using and is different from the "old" method.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
