Hello Shawn,
only our Engineering department can utilize these core dumps.
Please raise a Serive ticket with Polycom support and ensure to supply your individual LYNC license for the End Point you encountered this issue that entitles you to use the UCS software for LYNC.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Thank Steffen, my phone crashed during Lync conference call. There is a core file uploaded to the FTP server. According to the admin guide, a core file contains debugging info when the phone crashes. But how to view the file?
