When I'm on a call using any of my company's VVX500's, auto-attendants (some or all) do not respond to the key presses. Basically, I can't call any large company from the VVX500.
Most of our users are on softphones and they do not have any issues.
I tried calling my cell phone so I could listen to the key presses. There seems to be a studder before the regular tone plays. I think this is causing the problem.
Any suggestions?

A simple comparison between the SIP traffic of your soft clients and the phone should help you to identify the issue.
