Hi there

I am just wondering what coding the forward button has within the home menu?  on our VVX5/600's we have:

reg.x.serverFeatureControl.cf="1"

so the sip server is in control of the forwarding....however...... when selecting the forward button the phone reads "service unavailable".  Is there a way to configure the coding for the button so that you can specify what type of forward it is? ie forward always......

USC version is 4.1.6

I am wondering if the following is correct:

reg.1.serverFeatureControl.activateCodeSequence.cf="*72"

reg.1.serverFeatureControl.deActivateCodeSequence.cf="*73"

Cheers

Dave

Hello Dave,

welcome back.

There is quite a detailed post => here <= discussing exactly this in detail.

To my knowledge the activateCodeSequencedeActivateCodeSequence is only part of UCS 3.3.1 up to 3.3.5 and is under NDA.

I am not aware of this being part of a UCS 4.x.x or 5.x.x software yet.

The above linked post contains a document on page 3 => here <=  that describes the official implementation not using the codes mentioned in your post.

This would use the Server based CF and DND. For more details I suggest to work with a Polycom solutions architect.
