Hello, I'm new to the community and hope someone can help me figure out this issue. We have 3 sites and the phones will not sign in at 1 of them. But if I sign in a phone and bring it over it will work as normal. I'm posting the logs below in hopes someone can help. ACL and networking is the same setup for all 3 sites and they all use the same Domain Controller. Thanks

Hello @NewUser121 ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ references the basic minimum information a new or follow-up post should contain.

This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow-up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.

Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible

Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the FAQs listed in my signature for your convenience.

Example:

Jan 19, 2012 Question: How to troubleshoot Poly VoIP related Issues?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

From a quick glance, it looks like a DNS issue but you redacted that information.

If you are still stuck please provide the minimum required details as outlined above if you would like us to help you.

The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organisation as the community is run by volunteers only.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
