Hi Everyone,

 

Hoping someone can help?

 

We have the VVX400 phones installed into our office but we cant seam to get our voicemail set up. We have followed the instructions on a youtube video off how to set this up but it doesnt seam to be working. We have went into the message settings and when we click on this it just rings off.

 

We need this set up ASAP can someone help???

Hello Nicole.Hamilton,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include if you are using a SIP server or a LYNC server

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

You should really contact whoever setup the phones as the instructions on how to use voicemail may be completely different for the system you are using.
