Hi - our business uses VVX310s in two sperate offices.  Our network cables run into the back of the phone, then a network cable runs from the phone and into our computers.  In one office, we have 100mpps speeds going in and out of the phones (I tested speeds from before and after the phone).  In the other office we have about 50 going in, but only 20-25 going out.  If I put a switch on the cable going into the phone, then run one cable to the phone and a seperate cable to the computer, I get all 50mbps at the computer.  It seems to me the phones at that one office are limiting the data speeds.  But they are the exact same phones as the other office.  

 

Please help!

Hello palexander,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.
