VVX1500 DMA registration

Hi

How can we register a VVX1500 to a DMA7000 in order to be able to easily dial our VMR's?

Re: VVX1500 DMA registration

Hello Mathias,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The registration is quite easy. You can simply follow this FAQ post here if you want to use SIP:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register or is my Polycom Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The Username and Password would be a User that you added on the DMA.

Simply admin / admin as the DMA factory default Username and Password works fine.

Re: VVX1500 DMA registration

Do you know if you can also register VVX phones to the RPAD? I tried to make an RPAD user and use this for authentication. But it won't register.

Hello Mathias,

The RPAD is purely a traversal device, no built-in registrar.
