Hi,

 

we have a problem with our VVX 500.
infrastructure : Lync 2013 Server, PSTN call through Sonus UX gateway.

 

When the VVX receives a call from Lync, it shows the display name of the user.
When the VVX receives a call from PSTN (external phone or internal phone from another IPBX), it doesn't show the caller name, only the phone number.


But the phone number exists in Active Directory and in Lync address book, Lync client shows the display name of the caller without problem.

Is there a way to improve this?
