I'm trying to sort the feature keys on our phones and I can do that by using "insert" tag and "precede" tags.

We want to see the following keys in desired order:

New Call - Video Mode - CnfBrdge - Pull - PTT - DND

My current config:

softkey.5.action="$Changup$240364$P1N4$$Tinvite$$Cwaitconnect$$P2N7$$Cpause4$$Tdtmf$#" softkey.5.enable="1" softkey.5.label="CnfBrdge" softkey.5.insert="3"
  softkey.4.action="!callpull" softkey.4.enable="1" softkey.4.label="Pull" softkey.4.insert="4">
  softkey.6.action="!ptt" softkey.6.enable="1" softkey.6.label="PTT" softkey.6.insert="5"

and with this config "New Call" key is always shown in first place and Video Mode is last as following;

New Call - <empty> - CnfBrdge - Pull - PTT - DND - Video Mode

How can i place "Video Mode" button in the second place?

Hello Kete,

looking at your sample configuration the softkey.x.enable is missing for your keys so I am surprised your customer keys even show.

Using the softkey.x.insert will only move existing keys further to the right.

There is only so much you can customize and by adding additional keys and placing these before existing ones will result in these being moved to the side.
