welcome to the Polycom Community.

To my knowledge, the ptt.address parameter is the only single address that you can utilize for the PTT functionality.

as you neither posted the currently used software version and/or the exact model of phone you are using I can only provide a broad link to the VVX support Page => here <=

 

You should easily be able to find the relevant UCS or SIP Administrator Guide.
