I'm trying to configure BLF's with my Paper Display VVX expansions. We have two units for our receptionists. However there is not sign of the units in the Utilities tab in the web interface to suggest that they are connected. I'm having the same issue with both units. They light up green momentarily durring boot up so I assume they have power. Other than that I get no functionality from them. If I create more than 5 BLF entries does not continue to populate the buttons on the expansion as I would expect it to. I am running UCS 5.0.1 if that makes any difference. Thank you

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Support for the add on modules was only added in the latest UCS 4.1.6

 

The UCS 5.0.x range has currently no support for the add on modules. This will be added at a later point.

When is support for the VVX expansion modules in the 5.0.x firmware expected to be released?

We usually do not comment on future releases and only post an information once a software is released.

 

You will need to work with your Polycom reseller in order to contact a Polycom sales engineer who will be able to share the roadmap once certain circumstances are met.
