We have a second handset successfully registered with the base. The handset indicates on the display that it is sharing the same extension. A call can be placed by the second handset successfully, and the receiving device will indicate it is coming from the correct extension.
However, it will not ring, or receive a call that is placed to the extension that is configured for the base.
In sum, the second handset will place a call from the extension, but it will not receive a call placed to the extension.
I tried resetting the second handset and re-registering it to no improvement.
Thanks in advance for any information that can be provided.
