Service: Microsoft Office 365

 

Issue:  Time is off by 5 hours

 

When you log into the Web-config utility under Time Synchronization, the following field names (not the imput filed, but the field names) have "?????":

Use TCP SNTP Server

TCP SNTP Server

User TCP Time Zone

TCP Time Zone

=====> see attached screen shot.

The end user's cable company just recently changed their router to Action Tech MI424WR.
