Can some explain how to resolve the subject issue? VVX300 phones can dial 3-digit extension to any phone including vvx500 ones. When 3-digit extension is attempted the result is silence. Paging works. All on same network.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
