We have setup a BLF line key showing the status (busy/available) of an extension.  But how to make it not to respond if someone presses it because showing status is only what we need for this key.  Thanks.

Hello Shawn,

 

do I understand you correctly that you do not want to dial the extension and only monitor it?

 

As far as I am aware that is not possible and you would need to raise a feature request via your reseller.

Thanks for your reply.  Yeah, the key is only used to monitor status and nothing esle.  Do you know if there is other way to do this?
