Our customer with several hundred VVX 500 phones on F/W Version 5.2.0 reported that after this past weekend the Mute and Home button as well as the Message envelope icon on the touch screen stopped responding.  If they reboot a phone it resolves the issue, but since there were no network issues or changes made do you know what the root cause could be?  I did not see any error logs in the phones.  Is there a known bug with 5.2?

There have been several software releases since UC Software 5.2.0

 

UC Software 5.2.0 therefore is no longer a supported Version. Please test this with UC Software 5.4.0A (5.4.0.10182)
