I need to find documentation for compatibility between VVX 500 and Lync 2013.

Are there any feautres that are not supported?

Eg. The music on the "HOLD" status.

Thanks,

Jerry

Hello Jerry,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP => FAQ <= contains this post here:

Dec 6, 2011 Question: What Phone Models support the LYNC 2010 or LYNC 2013 Features added in UCS 4.0.1?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

In addition the release notes and the Admin Guides contain further information.

In regards of Music on Hold, Microsoft decided to design a call platform that does not provide a MoH facility and requires the individual endpoint to provide this instead.

This is a completely different design than usual PABX's and Polycom Phones like the VVX do currently not cater for this.
